The tipper side walls are fabricated of 6 mm or 8 mm thick steel plates and the floor is made of 8 mm or 10 mm thick steel plates. We are using wear-resistant fine-grain steel and closely spaced cross-ribs.
The running gear and axles are SAF, BPW, Pırlanta or Osmankoç brand. Hydraulic tipping cylinder from Hidromas, Turkey.

VERA TRAİLER semi trailers are also available with ALUMINIUM , HARDOX® or RAEX tipper body. The tipper superstructure can be executed as square shape tipper body (rectangular tipper body) and half pipe tipper box.

CAPACITY:
20 – 45 Cbm capacities
Tipper body is produced from Hardox 450, Raex 450 or ST52 .3 Steel plate. Side doors will be 4 or 5 or 6 mm and flour will be 4,5,6,8 mm thickness. Body includes strengthened rack on the bottom. There are plastic parts to prevent wearing and noise on the points that contact with chassis.

AXLES:
Turkish Brand Osmankoç or Pırlanta, or European BPW or SAF 3 x 9,12,14,16 Ton axle’s brake drum or disc.Axles for construction site use.

FRONT AXLE LIFTING:
Front shaft lifting system remote controlled from the driver’s seat.

HYDRAULİC
Tipper movement is provided by  level 5 heavy telescopic cylinder brand certificated Hidromas Brand Turkish origin which provides 45 degree tilt angle. Oil tank will be added to trailer, hydraulic contact between trailer and conveyor, is provided by 2 sockets

Brake System Wabco brand ABS or EBS braking system.  Brake Chambers1 Axles with T 30/30 emergency brake chamber,2 axles with T 30 service brake chambers

SUSPENSION SYSTEM:
It consists of automatic height adjusting system, Parabolic Z leaf springs, Suspension bellows, shock absorbers restricting extensive shaft movements and vibrations.
Mechanical leaf spring suspension system.

ELECTRIC SYSTEM:
24 V illumination systems in conformity with the international standards, lamp with 7 functions, and electric socket with 7 pins are used. There are traffic warning panels on the  vehicles.
Landing Gear Jost or equivalent Turkish brand front Jack feet are telescopic, parallel working, double speed jointed with wide shoes static 50 tons, dynamic 25 tons capacity

KING PIN:
King pin compliant with SEA/DIN norms and manufactured from steel (42 Cr Mo 4) which is highly resistant to being cut, stretched and broken off is of flange type and can be disassembled and assembled back.
Tires 385/65 R22,5 or 12 R22,5 or 13 R22,5 or 315/80 R22,5 Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone, Continental, Pirelli and Turkısh brand Petlas.
